Nitrogen quick-connect fittings for shock fill kits. The Quick-Change Coupler Assembly lets you snap the ORI Dual-Fill kit, or any 1/4" NPT nitrogen fill hose, on and off your nitrogen regulator without wrenches. Push to connect, pull the sleeve to release.
What's in the assembly (PA-230):
- Stucchi F IRB 14 NPT female coupler, 1/4" NPT (part 800601002)
- Stucchi M IRB 14 NPT male nipple, 1/4" NPT (part 800601003)
- Dixon 3700404C brass hex nipple, 1/4" male NPTF x 1/4" male NPTF
The coupler halves are Stucchi IRB series ISO 7241-1 B poppet couplings: carbon steel, nitrile seals, rated to 5,075 psi, well beyond the 600 or 1,000 psi a nitrogen shock charge needs. Both halves carry a poppet valve, so the regulator side stays sealed when you disconnect. ISO-B interchange means they also mate with Parker 60 series, Faster HNV, Snap-Tite 72 series and Dixon H-series nitrogen fittings.
